Terms of Service

How the public website, editorial material, and project inquiries are intended to be used.

Using the public website

Work Vultures publishes information about digital services and practical editorial guides. Use the website in a way that respects its normal operation, other people’s information, and the rights associated with its content. The public pages are intended to explain services and support informed project discussions.

Articles and technical examples

Editorial articles identify their sources, methods, and limitations. Worked examples and fictional scenarios are explanatory material, not promises of a particular project result. A guide does not establish that a specific system has been assessed, certified, or made suitable for every use. Review the current source and the requirements of the actual project before acting on a technical detail.

Project discussions and agreements

A website inquiry starts a conversation. Project scope, deliverables, pricing, timing, support, and any specific commitments should be set out in an agreement accepted by the relevant parties. The public site does not create a project quote or service-level agreement merely by displaying a service description.

Content and image rights

Logos, text, photographs, and other materials may have different rights holders. Photo credits identify illustrative stock sources where used. Publishing a source link does not transfer that provider’s rights. Obtain appropriate permission or check the applicable license before reusing material. Stock photographs are not presented as evidence that a depicted person is a customer or employee.

External services and site availability

The site links to documentation and other destinations that may change independently. Hosting, browsers, and third-party services can affect availability. Report a broken reference or inaccurate statement through Contact Us so it can be reviewed. No specific uptime or support response time is promised by this page.
